Standard Delivery Timeframes

Our standard delivery times are 3-7 working days. For some rural areas and other areas specified by Australia Post, deliveries are only available for collection at the local Post Office. During Christmas/ New Years standard delivery timeframes is not guaranteed.

Delivery Exclusions

We deliver anywhere in Australia, except for areas that are classified by the Australian Government as dry zones or Australian Islands that are classified as in International Waters.
Delivery into the areas specified is restricted and Prestige Spirits and its couriers will not deliver to the following postcodes/locations:

Delivery Information

If you have ticked the ‘Authority To Leave’ box in the checkout section, in some circumstances our delivery manager may decide against leaving your order unattended. This may take place if:

• Someone was home but did not have acceptable Proof of Age documents
• Driver was concerned as to the security of your order due to minors within the vicinity

Authority To Leave

During the checkout process you will be given the option to tick the ‘Authority to Leave’ box, by selecting the  ‘Authority to leave’ option, you authorise the courier to leave the goods unattended at the delivery address and you accept that once the courier has done so, the complete order has been received.

Prestige Spirits, and contractors associated with the delivery, do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage which results from the Authority to Leave delivery method. You agree to release Prestige Spirits from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including financial and other consequential losses, made, suffered or incurred by you or any other person or entity as a result of this Authority to Leave.

Prestige Spirits supports the Responsible Service of Alcohol NSW Liquor Act 2007 and will not sell or deliver to, persons under the age of 18. An approved proof of age document may be requested at the time of delivery. Approved Proof of age documents include only the following;

• A current Australian or International Drivers Licence
• A current Australian or International Passport
• A Current NSW RTA Proof Of Age Card or interstate equivalent
