We understand that on some occasions, you may need to request a refund on your purchase from us. Our returns policy outlined below is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law because we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
- You can request a refund if the product has a ‘major problem’ with it such as:
- the product is unsafe; or
- is significantly different from the sample or description.
- Any request for a refund will only be considered if it made within two (2) weeks of your purchase of the product. The request must be made by emailing us at email@example.com and provide the reason for the request for a refund.
- You cannot request a refund for simply changing you mind.
- You must retain and provide a proof of purchase before we consider a request for a refund.
- If, after considering your request for a refund, we have agreed to provide you with a refund, you will need to arrange delivery of the product to the address below (at your own cost):

- Any product returned must be in the same unsealed original packaging and unused as they were when they were delivered to you. We reserve the right to assess the condition and age of the returned goods prior to providing a refund.
